1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of the 3333ba platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3333ba operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited pending investigation.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before using 3333ba.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on 3333ba. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current or former employee or contractor of 3333ba.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility, unless you have notified 3333ba of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay upon becoming aware of it.
• You must notify 3333ba immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• 3333ba will never ask for your full password via email or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 3333ba that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3333ba supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard.

• In the event that a deposit cannot be matched to a valid 3333ba account due to incorrect reference information provided by the user, 3333ba will attempt to refund the deposit but cannot guarantee recovery. The user bears sole responsibility for providing accurate payment references.
• 3333ba reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of a registered bKash account) before processing any withdrawal. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and will be applied proportionately.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme

3333ba may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Membership does not confer any contractual entitlement to specific benefit levels beyond those communicated in writing by your assigned account manager.
• Cash rebates earned through the VIP programme are credited to your account balance and are immediately withdrawable unless the programme terms for a specific rebate state otherwise.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 3333ba platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within each respective game or betting market.

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. 3333ba reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.

• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other non-human tool to access, scrape, or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker or coordinating bets to guarantee a profit across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from exploiting an obvious error are void. You must report any errors to 3333ba immediately via [email protected].

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Account Closure and Termination

Upon receiving a closure request, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules before the account is closed. Remaining balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

3333ba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account is the subject of a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement inquiry.

In cases of termination for cause, 3333ba reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with the specific clause breached.
